I am currently researching the market potential of Burma. Any information, is welcome.

I have two more specific immediate requests:

1) I found a lot of information about the new investment law. Please tell me, was it signed?

2) Is there any good restaurant in Yangon for meetings with people? (Alexandre De Raemaeker, one of the partners of Eurus Capital, is going to Yangon to explore any business opportunity for 4-5 days in August)
